So... its been one year with Rob and Brett as the new owners here at Vespa Cleveland and its been one crazy year. We sold more scooters at this location then they ever did in the past 5 years under the previous ownership. We also did sell more Vespa and Piaggio scooters then anyone in Ohio, as well as Michigan and only fell behind one dealer in Pennsylvania. We think thats a pretty good turnaround but this kept us from being able to participate in many of the rides and rallies which we hope to change in the coming seasons.
Gas prices had something to do with that but we like to think that the service that we offer here also contributed a great deal to our success. We want our current customers to know how much we appreciate them and their continued patronage. We also want our future customers to know what they should expect when they come in to "test" us.
We will do what it takes to make your buying or servicing experience a very pleasant one and be well informed to help educate you. We will never pressure you to buy but, we will ask for your business. Our success is because of you. We will never push to upsell you on service that is not necessary but we will inform you of what the manufacturer recommends and let you make the decision. From time to time we may have snags that come up and hope that our patience and honesty with you will make our customers loyal ones. Customer satisfation is worthless but customer loyalty is everything (yes we stole that but its absolutely true).
We realize that there are other dealers and other options for scooters but if you give us the chance to show you our passion and take care of you like you are part of the family here, then you will see that though we may not always give you the absolute lowest price that you will be happy to spend a few more dollars to get the extra time and attention that we want to give all our customers.
Two wheels it must be in the blood....

Rob and Brett both started riding before the age of 10, acquiring a wealth of knowledge from two previous generations of riding, racing and wrenching. Of course, dad has "forgotten more than we will ever know."
Rob and Brett have been two-wheeling on the street for 20+ years each, and for years, we have been the chosen fixer-uppers for many of our friends. We are also known for our honesty and integrity. Ask anyone in the racing community who has raced with us since 1999 or any of our customers who have seen how we work.
We competed in the Fasttrax endurance series (3 time class champions) and WERA sprint series. We had the opportunity to bring our passion for two wheels to the scooter community, and hope you can benefit from our love of all things with a motor and two wheels!
